City Association of Supervisors & Administrators (CASA) represents Principals, Vice Principals, Department Chairpersons, Supervisors and Directors employed by the Newark Board of Education in the State of New Jersey.

CASA serves as the collective negotiations representative of its members for purposes of improving their terms and conditions of employment in consonance with the principles of the laws of the State of New Jersey.

CASA is an affiliate of the American Federation of School Administrators (AFSA), the exclusive national labor union for school administrators, professionals, and supervisors speaking out for excellence and equity in all of our schools, workplaces and communities.

The CASA Executive Board serves as the governing body of the Association.
All CASA titles are represented on the Board.
